All meetings will be held at Notre Dame High School. Everyone is required to make the (3) mandatory meetings and as many of the non-mandatory meetings as possible (See Constitution). It’s important to make as many meetings as you can to stay abreast of Basketball game situations, and other important topics we discuss. Monday evening meetings begin at 7 pm and Sunday meetings start at noon.

Monday, Oct. 25th – 7 pm (Mandatory Meeting)

Monday, Nov. 15th – 7 pm – Mandatory Interpretation Meeting

Sunday, Dec. 5th – noon

Sunday, Jan. 9th – noon

Sunday, Feb. 6th – noon

Monday, March 14h – 7 pm (Mandatory Meeting - Elections)

All Executive Board meetings will start 1 hour prior.

I have also enclosed all the information regarding Lee’s new officials’ classes, and all the requirements for probationary officials, as well as the Varsity Top 50 list.

Please note there is no need to fill out and submit an availability sheet to Dave. Dave has requested that you block out any dates you are unavailable on Arbiter no later than October 1st. He will send out a separate announcement regarding this.

If you are not planning on officiating this year, please let me or Dave know asap. If you have a change of vital information; i.e. address, e-mail, any phone #’s, please advise me right away and update your changes on Arbiter.
